Understanding your Heart Health is a free presentation in which guests can have their questions answered in an informal and comfortable setting.

The event takes place on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Collingwood Leisure Time Club, 100 Minnesota Street.

-The G&M Hospital's Cardiac Rehab program
